As a company we try to be responsible members of society and to reflect this in our working practices.
Apart from duties imposed on us by regulation and those which form part of our governing body’s rules, we aim to act ethically and responsibly towards our clients, our staff and society in general.
Our biggest asset is our people’s time and we use some of this to support charities, to advise new start ups, to provide work experience for young people and generally to support in the areas where we can be most effective. We allow flexible working and working from home for staff in so far as it is appropriate. We also reuse materials, segregate and recycle waste and use environmentally friendly products wherever possible.
